DescriptionThe student will learn the designing$ planning$ and implementation of strategic decision-making in a business organization by identifying problems and designing possible solutions$ formulating plans$ goals$ and feedback mechanisms. Needs assessments and internal and external audits will be utilized to understand problems that are presented in cases that require effective strategic solutions. Emphasis will be placed on developing an effective strategic plan its effective implementation$ and its long-term results. This course must be met with a grade of C or higher. Pre-requisites: MAN3894 ( 4 hr. lecture )
